Our remote support software is provided by industry leader LogMeIn Rescue. It's built to be secure, easy to use, and always in your control. Sessions are built on end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption - the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions. All traces of the software used for the support session are permanently removed from your PC when the session is finished.
Clients who take advantage of the Bruceb Remote Management service get important extra levels of support. We'll proactively be notified of network or computer problems, frequently before you realize anything has gone wrong, and we'll notify you or fix the problems using additional remote support tools included with the monitoring service.
